BioLight Recalibration: Lasers in the Salt Room is an intimate, one-hour wellness experience combining professional-grade light-therapy instrumentation, halotherapy, guided meditation, focused intention, and deep relaxation.

During the first portion of the session, Sandra guides the professional handheld light instrument around the body in a deliberate sequence intended to encourage gentle unwinding and neutralization of discordant energetic patterns.

Each participant then has approximately 20 minutes with the handheld instrument to focus the light on an area they would personally like to support.

Throughout the experience, you remain comfortably reclined in the West Valley Wellness Center salt room while light, halotherapy, meditation, stillness, and the common intention of the group come together in one carefully paced experience.

Class size is limited to only six participants.
